PRM realiza XXII Convención Nacional Extraordinaria
DIARIO ULTRAMAR, SANTO DOMINGO.- Como estaba pautado, el Partido Revolucionario Moderno realiza en estos momentos su XXII Convención Nacional Extraordinaria, en el salón Malecón Terrace del Hotel Sheraton, en el Distrito Nacional.
Durante este evento, el PRM proclamará a Luis Abinader como candidato a la Presidencia de cara a las elecciones de 2024.
A continuación la lista de las actividades que se llevarán a cabo en la convención:
- Conocer y aprobar los resultados de las Primarias celebradas el primero de octubre 2023 dado por la JCE y por las Encuestas realizadas por las firmas encuestadoras contratadas por la CNEl establecidos en resoluciones de esa Comisión, que escoge los(as) candidatos(as) del partido en los niveles de elección popular Presidencial, Senadurías, Diputaciones, Alcaldías, Directores de Distritos Municipales, Regidurías y Vocales, para postular en las Elecciones Generales Ordinarias de febrero y mayo del 2024. (Letra A del artículo 22 de nuestros Estatutos Generales).
- Proclamar a los candidatos a la Presidencia y Vicepresidencia de la República. (Letra
C artículo 22 de los Estatutos Generales del partido). - Otorgar mandato al candidato a la Presidencia para escoger su compañero(a) de boleta a la Vicepresidencia de la República. (Letra D del artículo 22 de los Estatutos
Generales del PRM). - Otorgar mandato, en consecuencia, pleno poderes a la Dirección Ejecutiva del partido y al candidato a la presidencia de la República, para suscribir pactos de alianzas, fusiones o coaliciones con otros partidos, agrupaciones y movimientos políticos, para las Elecciones Generales Ordinarias de febrero y mayo del 2024.
(Letra E artículo 22 de los Estatutos Generales PRM). - Conocer y aprobar las candidaturas que serán escogidas en esta convención, cuyo niveles de elección y géneros constan en cuadros de reservas depositados ante la JCE. Otorgar poderes a la Dirección Ejecutiva para decidir los compañeros(as) que las ocuparan y cuales serán cedidas en pactos de alianzas.
- Conocer y aprobar otros temas de interés.
