La película Capitán Avispa rompió récord de asistencia en su fin de semana de estreno en la República Dominicana, logrando así 26 mil 800 admisiones y llevando a abrir salas y tandas adicionales a nivel nacional para poder recibir a todo el público.
La aceptación del film “Capitán Avispa” del cantautor Juan Luis Guerra, llevó a Caribbean Cinemas a abrir tandas en otros horarios con la finalidad de poder atender la alta demanda de la audiencia.
Sobre la película Capitán Avispa
Capitán Avispa es un super héroe caribeño que lucha por el bien en Avispatropolis y el Reino de la Miel, los cuales viven en armonía en el panal protegido por el Héroe de ambos, el Capitán Avispa.
Pero su archi-enemigo Avispón Jaques Poison y sus secuaces planean acabar con esa paz y apoderarse de ambas colonias. Está en las manos del Capitán Avispa defender a los suyos a toda costa, como siempre, con nobleza, justicia e inocencia, resumido en su grito de guerra: “Fuerte y Valiente, ¡nunca Miente!”… un enunciado, que será puesto a prueba por sus más grandes enemigos.
Cabe resaltar que este filme cuenta con una banda sonora impresionante con muchos de los éxitos del compositor, así como también música inédita creada exclusivamente para la película.
Dirección y voces
Dirigida por Jean Guerra y Jonathan Meléndez cuenta además con las voces de Karen Martínez, José Guillermo Cortines, Amelia Vega, Adalgisa Pantaleon, Roger Zayas, Bianca Garcia, Héctor Aníbal y el propio Juan Luis Guerra, entre otros. Cuenta con una banda sonora de 41 canciones.
La banda sonora exhibe, además, muchos de los éxitos del también cantautor dominicano, así como también música inédita creada exclusivamente para la película, tales como el sencillo “Mi amor”, interpretado por Fonsi y Joy.
La cinta de Juan Luis Guerra, dirigida por Jean Guerra y Jonathan Meléndez, se estrena el próximo 11 de abril fuera del país.
