DIARIO ULTRAMAR, SANTO DOMINGO, RD. – El presidente de la República, Luis Abinader, acusó a la oposición de haber nombrado, en gestiones pasadas, a dirigentes políticos en instituciones reguladoras como la Junta Central Eelectoral (JCE) y el Tribunal Superior Electoral (TSE).
El también aspirante a la reelección presidencial, al ser proclamado por dos partidos minoritarios, aseguró poseer una amplia ventaja frente a sus competidores.
En un masivo acto, el Partido Dominicano por el Cambio proclamó por tercera ocasión a Luis Abinader como su candidato presidencial.
Los dirigentes del partido azul y amarillo, como el expresidente del Senado, Eduardo Estrella, enumeraron las razones por las que, según afirman, Luis debe seguir dirigiendo el país.
El aspirante a la reelección aprovechó el escenario para defender sugestión y atacar a sus adversarios.
En la extensa actividad que algunos abandonaron pasado el mediodía, no faltaron eufóricos momentos como el que protagonizó la primera dama, Raquel Arbaje, con el merenguero Eddy Herrera, quien se confesó seguidor del mandatario.
Posteriormente, Abinader se juramentó candidato presidencial por el Partido Revolucionario Independiente (PRI), el acto se desarrolló en una reducida concentración. En ese orden, el mandatario aseguró poseer más del 60% en la intención del voto.
Con sendas proclamaciones, esos partidos se suman a las más de 20 organizaciones minoritarias que junto al PRM impulsan la candidatura de Luis Abinader.
