Ministro de Cultura: Ruta de conciertos en parques y plazas iniciará el 16 de marzo en Moca

DIARIO ULTRAMAR, MOCA, R.D.- El ministro de Cultura, Roberto Ángel Salcedo, anunció este viernes en la provincia Espaillat el inicio de una serie de conciertos populares a cargo de la Orquesta Filarmónica de Santo Domingo, bajo la dirección del maestro Amaury Sánchez.
El primer concierto se llevará a cabo el domingo 16 de marzo a las 6:00 de la tarde en el parque Duarte de la ciudad de Moca, para marcar el inicio de una gira que recorrerá distintos parques y plazas del país.
Salcedo explicó que esta iniciativa forma parte de un programa impulsado por el Viceministerio de Creatividad y Formación Artística, dirigido por el maestro Sánchez, con el objetivo de acercar la música clásica y popular a la población.
«Este será el primero de una serie de conciertos que deben recorrer la República Dominicana”, dijo Salcedo, quien aseguró que la cultura debe ser accesible para todos y señaló que estos conciertos serán propicios para que asista toda la familia.
El ministro realizó el anuncio durante una reunión de trabajo que tuvo lugar en la Gobernación de Moca, en la que participaron la gobernadora, Patricia Muñoz; el alcalde Miguel Cabral; el senador Carlos Gómez y un grupo de diputados de esta provincia. De igual forma, estuvieron presentes Rossina Guerrero, viceministra para la Descentralización y Coordinación Territorial, y el propio Amaury Sánchez.
En tal sentido, el ministro de Cultura explicó que los protagonistas de estos conciertos irán rotando, ya que no sólo será la Orquesta Filarmónica de Santo Domingo, sino que también podrían participar grupos de cámara, orquestas big band, así como los distintos coros musicales que forman parte del Ministerio de Cultura.
Salcedo reveló que en el concierto de Moca participarán 50 músicos, quienes interpretarán un repertorio compuesto por piezas clásicas, así como emblemáticas composiciones dominicanas.
Se espera que estas presentaciones ofrezcan un espacio de esparcimiento y disfrute para las familias dominicanas, consolidando el compromiso del Ministerio de Cultura con la difusión del arte y la música.
